Construction General Permit Program Overview

This online course educates professionals about the South Carolina National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities.

The South Carolina Construction General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related discharges to waters of the State of South Carolina from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.

For StormwaterONE students who have completed the South Carolina National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities training program. 

Curriculum: South Carolina Construction General Permit

This 4.5-hour online course will educate an operator of a construction site how to comply with the mandates of the South Carolina General Permit to Discharge Stormwater Under The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for Construction Activities.

The South Carolina Construction General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related discharges to waters of South Carolina from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.
