Stormwater Management Program Overview

This Level 1 Advanced program covers the proper installation and maintenance of temporary pollution controls (Best Management Practices - "BMPs") and On-Site Construction Inspections.

This program consists of:

  • Four (4) Online/On-demand interactive courses, and
  • Two (2) Live 1-hour Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) classes.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the proper installation and maintenance of stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs).
  • Define Erosion Control, Sediment Control, and Pollution Prevention
  • Describe erosion and sediment control Best Management Practices (BMPs) and the role they play in preventing pollution from entering neighboring surface waters of Arizona.
  • Describe the pollution prevention measures required while on a construction site.
