Curriculum: Ohio NPDES Storm Water General Permit

This 6-hour online course will educate an operator of a construction site how to comply with the mandates of the Ohio General Permit Authorization for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity under the NPDES.

The Ohio NPDES Storm Water General Permit covers all new and existing discharges associated with construction activity composed entirely of storm water that enters surface waters of the state or storm drain waters leading to surface waters of the state.

Construction activities that will be eligible for coverage under this permit include activities disturbing one (1) or more acres of total land, or activities disturbing less than one (1) acre of land but are part of a larger common plan of development or sale that will ultimately disturb one (1) or more acres of land.
