Course Description
Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) is the third Minimum Control Measure (MCM) in the MS4 Phase II of the NPDES permit as follows:
- Public Education
- Public Involvement
- Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE)
- Construction
- Post-Construction Runoff Control
- Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping
There is a total of 72,288 Causes of Water Impairment, 28,679 of these impairments are caused by construction and construction related activities.
