Colorado CDPS General Permit Course

This 3-hour online course will educate an operator of a construction site how to comply with the mandates of the Colorado Discharge Permitting System (CDPS) General Permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities.

The CDPS Construction General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related construction discharges to surface waters of Colorado from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.
