This 8-hour online course will educate an operator of a construction site how to comply with the mandates of the California National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction and Land Disturbance Activities.

The California Construction General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related discharges to waters of California from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.
