- Describe the conditions applicable to certain discharges, including coastal and tidal areas and water quality standards
- Develop the Stormwater Management Plan and include methods for erosion and sediment controls, dewatering wastewater, and post-construction stormwater management
- Conduct inspections and keep plans current by preparing, maintaining, and amending the plan
- Identify monitoring requirements and frequency and create stormwater monitoring reports
- Manage reporting, recordkeeping and archive requirements
- Provide Notice of Termination (NOT) forms
- Conduct post-construction inspections and final stabilization
