StormwaterONE provides completion packages as a complimentary service for learners who successfully complete eligible training courses. These packages include:
·An embossed wall certificate
·A wallet card
·A hardhat decal
·A signed letter of completion
Digital certificates are always available for download at no cost through the StormwaterONE eCampus learning management system. The physical completion package is an optional add-on feature provided free of charge.
Processing & Delivery
·Completion packages are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 weeks of course completion.
·Shipments are delivered via standard mail services. Delivery times vary depending on the learner’s location.
·Tracking may not be available for standard shipments.
Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, StormwaterONE will contact the learner by email to request updated delivery information. We will then reattempt shipment at no additional cost.
Limitations
·Physical completion packages are only available to learners with a valid mailing address in eligible regions.
·StormwaterONE is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
·Replacement packages may be limited to one re-shipment per learner.
