Overview

The Qualified Stormwater Manager (QSM) Recert credentialing program educates you in the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control and pollution prevention, and with the skills to assess conditions at construction sites that could impact stormwater quality and to assess the effectiveness of stormwater control measures implemented to meet the requirements of CDPHE's CDPS Construction General Permit COR4000000.

This curriculum is comprised of five condensed self-paced interactive ADA compliant online courses, which includes the essential stormwater management topics above and includes modules that specifically cover the Colorado Construction General Permit and How to Conduct On-site Construction Stormwater Inspections so you can confidently certify stormwater compliance records.
