North Carolina NPDES Construction General Permit Course

This 3-hour online course will educate an operator of a construction site how to comply with the mandates of the North Carolina General Permit to Discharge Stormwater Under The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for Construction Activities.

The North Carolina Construction General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related discharges to waters of North Carolina from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.
