Complete Prerequisite Training

Enroll in our SWRCB-approved QCIS+ Advanced program (CI231A) — the state-recognized prerequisite required for QSP eligibility under the 2022 CGP.

Earn Your QCIS+ Credential

Complete self-paced online modules and live virtual instructor sessions. Receive your certificate, fully verifiable by CASQA for exam eligibility.

Complete QSP or QSD Training

Enroll in QSP or QSD certification training through StormwaterONE's CASQA-approved Trainer of Record program and sit for your exam.

In June 2025, the Division of Water Quality Deputy Director formally approved StormwaterONE's QCIS+ program as an acceptable prerequisite for QSP certification under the 2022 Construction General Permit, Section V.H. The 2022 CGP allows QSPs to formally delegate visual inspections, sampling, and BMP implementation to trained site personnel — called QSP Delegates. This training delivers the foundational knowledge required under Section V.E.1 of the 2022 CGP and the CASQA QSP Delegate Training Guidelines, equipping supervisors and foremen to legally perform daily stormwater tasks on behalf of the QSP.
