In June 2025, the Division of Water Quality Deputy Director formally approved StormwaterONE's QCIS+ program as an acceptable prerequisite for QSP certification under the 2022 Construction General Permit, Section V.H. Our course is officially listed on the State Water Board's Construction Stormwater Program webpage — one of the only online programs to achieve this recognition.

Become a Qualified SWPPP Developer — California's credential for professionals who design and develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. QSD training is delivered by a CASQA-approved Trainer of Record and covers advanced plan development, site assessment, PRDs, and project closeout. A separate SWRCB-approved QSD prerequisite is required for certificate issuance.

Site Supervisors
The 2022 CGP allows QSPs to formally delegate visual inspections, sampling, and BMP implementation to trained site personnel — called QSP Delegates. This training delivers the foundational knowledge required under Section V.E.1 of the 2022 CGP and the CASQA QSP Delegate Training Guidelines, equipping supervisors and foremen to legally perform daily stormwater tasks on behalf of the QSP.

This training is designed for construction site personnel who are, or will be, authorized by a QSP to perform delegated stormwater tasks, including:
- Construction site supervisors and foremen
- Site managers and superintendent-level staff
- Contractors and subcontractors assigned stormwater responsibilities
- Co-workers designated by a QSP to assist with daily compliance activities
- Any individual who may conduct visual inspections, BMP implementation, or sampling on behalf of a QSP
