Re-establishing site vegetation is a top priority. Prior to submitting the Notice of Termination (NOT) you will be required to demonstrate that your site has achieved the proper percentage of background vegetation, e.g. 70% of original vegetative cover. Check with your states construction stormwater permit for your State's specific regulatory requirement.
