WV CGP Program Overview

This online course educates professionals about the The State of West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Division of Water and Waste Management National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Water Pollution Control Permit.

The Construction Stormwater General Permit covers stormwater and non-stormwater related discharges to waters of the State of West Virginia from construction sites with a land disturbance area of one acre or more.
